On behalf of EXIT the Best European Festival award was
accepted by Ivan Milivojev, Production Manager, and Konstantin
Polzovic, Head Associate. The ceremony was held at the Koko club,
London, with eight hundred people present including representatives of
the major British and other European festivals. The first to
congratulate Ivan and Kole on the award was John Giddins, The Rolling
Stones promoter and the Isle of Wight festival organizer.
International public vote on the Internet chose the Best European Festival among the nominees listing FIB Benicassim

Eurockeennes de Belfort (France), Pinkpop, Lowlands (the Netherlands),
Quart Festival (Norway), Pukkelpop and Rock Werchter (Belgium).

Glastonbury, Reading, T in the Park and many more. The Best Major
Festival award went to Isle Of Wight, while the V festival was awarded
for the Best Line Up and Glastonbury took the award for innovation. The

winners awarded in many other categories including Best Small Festival,
Best Line-Up, Most Anticipated Festival, Best Headliner etc. This year
